Scootaloo needs to be the one on the hoverboard. There needs to be a considerable age difference between them. Scootaloo is limited to hovering in the show, whereas Rainbow Dash would jut be impeded by the board.
They need a night scene(because night scenes are awesome), like maybe a parody of the scene at the end of the tunnel, where Emmett flies away with Marty dangling from the decorative rope, or the roof-top the Biff's Tannen's Pleasure Paradise where Biff is laying on the roof knocked out cold while Marty climbs into the DeLorean.
