She feels like I do. Whenever it rains in the summer I go outside barefoot and it's awesome. Have you ever walked barefoot through the rain? In some places the water runs along the street in streams (when it rains, of course) and that water sort of stroke my feet when I walk through it.

I'm not sure what it is about this one. It almost seems like there should be tears mixed into the rain. Maybe there are. This feels like suddenly realizing that you're free, after finding out that the only one who was binding you was yourself.
