people really thought this was a Cirno? some touhou fans they are :P take time to look at the dress and wings xD
You know I was reading a fic with an Ice based Alicorn... Natural Order was it? yeah your Allei would be a shoe-in with that theme and expression on her face. Don't believe the one in the story wears a dress or necklace though :P

BTW she looks awesome, almost looks like she can be some dancer in an ice show or play :P

In the show I never would have taken her for an ice princess, especially since she's also known around the bowladrome as "All-the Way." Still though it's a gorgeous design on a nicely crafted body, plus she has the pose and attitude perfect. The way you blended the bottom inside of her left eye looks great while making her eyes seem much rounder (and a bit harsher). The ultra sharp "feathers" are rather scary, but that's at least half the fun of them.

By the way, I finally watched "The Last Unicorn" today. Better three decades late than never?

I'm almost 100% positive that's not Cirno, and if it is then I really feel the need to ask how the hay she got the dragoon spirit of water. That armor is identical to the armor Meru (another blue haired white skinned girl) got whenever she joined the main party in the PSX game "The Legend of Dragoon."

Although she does have Cirno's eye coloration, and Meru's eyes were a redish brown so I'm really not sure. If the author wouldn't mind, which character is this?

nah I know who cirno is, I was asking if it was cirno. It looks like he edited the description though, and it is in fact not cirno.
